Excellent customer service, we made quite a late booking after a train delay, then the train was hour late so we communicated that, and they just made it easy to arrive at after long day. Food at the hotel pub, trotters, was just simply amazing. Breakfast was a good buffet. They were okay with us chilling in the hotel lobby till the end of the day for our next train. Just awesome hotel.

I arrived late at night, soaked after a long rainy day on the bicycle and was welcomed warmly by the receptionist. Check in was swift which made me getting a warm shower as quickly as possible. As I was leaving early the next day, I was offered a takeaway breakfast which was delicious. Thanks again to the staff.

The breakfast was really good with many options. The room was really clean and had everything that you would need. I liked that it was in the middle of town and close to everything.
